We are happy to deliver to any country within the EU for now, with language options of English, Finnish and Swedish. We always deliver within 10 business days.

Payment Options

We accept Credit Cards and PayPal.   Your payment security is of critical importance to us.

Shopping Process in Detail

Please follow these easy steps on shopping:

1. Choose a print and then pick a colour by rolling the mouse over the correct one.
2. Then choose a size. Styles are delivered by the size: VESTS for 0-12months and T-SHIRTS for 1-10 years.
3. Choose amount, minimum of one.
4. Click on “SHOP IT”, to add to shopping chart.
5. You are asked to continue shopping or checkout. You may alter amounts at this step.
6. You will be asked to register. We want to be sure to have all details right. Fill in the required information and choose the payment option that you prefer.
7. Choose a shipping method.  (More about International Mail and costs later.)
8. Choose a payment method to finish your shopping.

We will send you an email to let you know that we have received your order and payment.  PLEASE NOTE that you need to finish the payment before your order is valid.

Once we have shipped your package, you will receive another email to inform you that your order is on its way.

You can keep a record of your purchase by printing your order form. 

Sales Tax

All taxes are included. Our company is based in Finland and sales tax is based on that, so VAT is standard 22%. If you are a retailer or otherwise VAT-exempt, please contact us directly.

Shipping Policy

Your order will be delivered by your postal service within 2-10 business days from your order. Delivery time varies by location, and this timescale excludes weekends, holidays and other “Force Majeure” factors. If you don't receive your order by that time, send us an e-mail immediately so that we can track the problem and put it right for you

We have made shipping simple, cheap and fun - there is NO SHIPPING FEE. We only have a small  handling fee of 5.00€ per order (inc. VAT 22%).

We promise to ship your orders sooner than soon! If an item is not in stock, we will let you know by email.  All orders are shipped through International Mail, where our Uncle John works.

Return/Cancel Policy

Cancellation

You can cancel online as long as your order has not been shipped. If you're not able to cancel online, let us know asap and we’ll try our best to accommodate your request. If your package has already been shipped, please follow the procedure for return as the order can no longer be cancelled.  We are unable to exchange unwanted merchandise, but you may just opt to return the item and place a new order.

Reclamation

We work hard to make sure that our vests and tees are up to your standards. However, if you are not completely satisfied and wish to return an item, feel free to do so. Please make sure, though, that the item is unused, unwashed, and good as new.  Returns made beyond 14 days of delivery, that are in unsatisfactory condition, or are not accompanied by the proper authorization number will not be entertained. The amount will be fully refunded to your Credit Card  or PayPal account within 30 days of receiving the return.

Cost of Return

We want to keep you happy so we will provide a replacement or return and cover shipping for a return if the return is due to a mistake that we made. Otherwise, all shipping charges will be on your account. We hope you understand that we can’t refund original handling fees!

Damage or loss

If you don't recieve your order in the timescales indicated above, send us an e-mail immediately so that we can track the problem. In case of damage or loss during shipment, we shall immediately ship out a replacement to you and ask for your full cooperation to facilitate the replacement.

Requests for unsubscription may take up to 4 weeks to be processed. Please note also that when you purchase our merchandise or avail of any other service in our website such as raffles and promotions, we may still need to contact you despite your request for unsubscription.
